REFUNDS
Thanks so much for supporting my work! I want you to be happy with your order, so here’s my refund policy:
All Sales Are Final
Because each item is made or packed with care (and often in small batches), I’m not able to offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email me at INFO@NATALIEMADIGAN.COM within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and I’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a refund if needed.
Lost Packages
I can’t be responsible for packages lost by the postal service, but I’m happy to help you track it down or file a claim if needed.
